Our story

Born from personal experience

FamZorg was born from a personal experience. When our founder's grandmother needed care, he saw how hard it was for a family to coordinate that care.

WhatsApp groups became chaotic. Appointments were missed. Medication was given twice, or forgotten. And worst of all: everyone felt guilty for not doing enough, even though they were all doing their best.

“Surely there must be a better way to do this together?”

That question led to FamZorg: a platform that not only helps in practical ways, but also eases the emotional burden. Because caring for a loved one is hard enough – coordinating it shouldn't be.
