A care circle is a private group in which family and the home care team work together around the care of one person. You can share out tasks, share a calendar, keep track of medication and share photos.
FamZorg works on: iPhone (iOS 14+), Android (8.0+), iPad/tablet, and all modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).

Absolutely! FamZorg is designed with large buttons, clear text and simple navigation. Many users aged 80+ use it every day. We offer free help getting started.
Search for “FamZorg” in the App Store (iPhone) or the Google Play Store (Android). You can also use the web app at app.famzorg.be.
Go to “Members” → “Invite” → enter an email address or share the link via WhatsApp. The person you invite receives a link to join.
Only admins can remove members: Members → click the member → “Remove from care circle” → confirm.
Open the care circle → Tasks → “+ New task” → fill in the title, description and deadline → assign it to someone → Save.
Go to “Updates” → click the camera icon → select a photo → add a description → “Share”. All members can see it and respond.

Go to Members → click the member → “Change role” → choose “Admin”. Admins can manage members and settings.
⚠️ This is permanent! Settings → “Delete care circle” → type the name to confirm → “Delete permanently”.
Open the care circle → Settings (gear icon) → “Edit profile” → change the details → Save.
Go to “Medication” → “+ Add medicine” → enter the name and dosage → set the times → choose who receives reminders → Save. Everyone gets push notifications.
When the reminder arrives: tap the notification → click “Taken” ✓. All members can see that it has been ticked off.
Yes! Medication → click the medicine → “History”. You can see every dose taken, any missed doses and who ticked them off.
Medication → click the medicine → “Edit” to change it or “Stop” to switch it off. Stopped medicines remain in the history.
Ask your home care organisation for an invitation code, or they can invite you by email. Once linked, you can see the visit schedule, receive care reports and get a 50% discount!
Once linked, visits appear in “Calendar” with a 🏥 icon. Click for details of who is coming, when, and the purpose of the visit.
After each visit, the home care team writes a report: what was done, how things are going, anything noteworthy. You will find these under “Reports” in your care circle.
Settings → “Home care connection” → “Unlink” → confirm. You will lose access to the schedule/reports and your subscription discount.
Not all organisations use FamZorg (yet). Ask your home care organisation or point them to our home care page. We offer a 30-day free trial.
Go to the login page → “Forgotten password?” → enter your email → you will receive a link within 5 minutes. Check your spam folder if needed.
Profile → “Change email address” → enter your new address → you receive a confirmation email → click the link in the email.
Settings → Notifications → turn each type on or off (medication, tasks, updates, reports). Also check your phone settings.
⚠️ Permanent! Settings → Privacy → “Delete account” → enter your password → confirm. Your data is deleted within 30 days.
Yes! Use FamZorg on your phone, tablet and computer at the same time. Everything syncs automatically. Log in with the same email and password.
Click your avatar → “Edit profile” → click the photo → choose a new photo → Save.
Settings → Subscription → view plans → “Upgrade” or “Change”. Upgrade: immediate access. Downgrade: your current plan stays active until the end of the period. View plans →

Settings → Subscription → “Cancel” → confirm. Your account stays active until the end of the billing period, then switches to the free version. You won't lose any data.
Yes! By email after every payment, and downloadable under Settings → Invoices. They include all the details you need for your records.
Yes! 2 months free when you pay annually: Family €100/year (instead of €120), Home Care Starter €490/year (instead of €588).
🔒 encrypted connections (SSL/TLS), 🔐 encrypted storage, 🇪🇺 servers in the EU (Frankfurt), ✅ GDPR compliant, 👪 only invited members can see your care circle. We never sell your data.
Only the people you invite: family members and your home care organisation (if linked). No one else – not even us – can see your content.
Settings → Privacy → “Download my data” → within 24 hours you will receive an email with a download link.
Yes, fully! We only process the data we need, you can view/change/delete your data, it is stored in the EU, and it is never shared without your consent.
