Today is a special day. After months of development, testing and conversations with families, we are officially launching FamZorg – a platform built to help families coordinate care for their loved ones.

Why FamZorg?
It started with a personal experience. When the grandmother of one of our founders needed care, we noticed how difficult it was to work together as a family. Who visits when? Has the medication been given yet? What did the doctor say again?
Information was scattered across WhatsApp groups, notes on the fridge and the heads of family members. The result: miscommunication, duplicated effort and stress – for everyone.

In Belgium, there are more than 800,000 family carers. People who, alongside their work, their family and their own lives, also care for a parent, a partner or another relative. They do it with love, but often with little support.
FamZorg is here to change that.

At the heart of FamZorg is the care circle – a shared space for everyone involved in care. Brothers, sisters, children, neighbours, home care – anyone you invite can join in.
In the care circle, you can see:
- What needs to be done – tasks and appointments clearly planned
- Who is doing what – a clear division of tasks, no duplicated effort
- How things are going – updates and observations from everyone involved
- Important information – medication, contacts, documents
Working with professionals
Alongside family, you can also call on professional help through our partner network. Think of household help, meal delivery or handyman services. All screened and reliable.
That way, you combine the love and commitment of family with the expertise of professionals – the best of both worlds.
