Yes! FamZorg is specially designed for seniors. The app has large buttons, clear text and a simple interface. Many of our users are over 80 and use the app every day. We also offer help by phone to get started.
The basic version is free for care circles of up to 3 people. For larger families it costs €10 a month for the whole care circle – not per person. Does your loved one receive home care from a provider that also uses FamZorg? Then you pay just €5 a month! Home care organisations pay €49 a month for up to 10 clients.
Yes. All connections are encrypted (HTTPS) and your data is stored encrypted on secure servers in the European Union (Frankfurt). We comply with the GDPR and never share your data with third parties for their own purposes.
Yes! Home care staff can be invited to the care circle. They can post updates after visits, so the family is always kept informed. For organisations, we offer a special Pro subscription.
Yes, FamZorg is fully available in Dutch and French. Each family member can set their own language preference. Perfect for Belgian families with members in both parts of the country.
You can cancel at any time in your account settings. No small print, no cancellation fees. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of your billing period, and you can always export your data.
